Last updated: January 30, 2026Welcome to PipZeee! These Terms govern your use of the PipZeee mobile game (“App”) provided by AnnieKen Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.1. Overview
PipZeee is a casual dice game available on Apple devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment.2. Eligibility & Accounts
- No PipZeee account is required.
- Online features (multiplayer, leaderboards, achievements) use Apple Game Center. Game Center’s policies govern your participation.3. Online Play & Connectivity
- Matchmaking: Uses Apple Game Center + CloudKit to create and manage matches.
- Availability: Online features depend on Apple services and internet connectivity.
- Fair Play: Do not cheat, modify, or disrupt network/game functions.
- Match Data: Temporary CloudKit records are removed after matches end (target ≤ 30 days).4. Leaderboards & Achievements
If you use Game Center, your alias and scores may appear to your Game Center friends or publicly as configured by Apple.5. Ads & In-App Purchases
- The App may show Google AdMob banner/interstitial ads.
- The Remove Ads in-app purchase permanently disables ads.
- Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds follow Apple’s policies.
- We are not responsible for third-party ad content or linked websites.6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with gameplay, ads, payments, or network operations.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App.
- Misuse Game Center or impersonate other players.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.7. Intellectual Property
All App content—including graphics, code, and the Pippee mascot—is owned by AnnieKen Technologies LLC and protected by IP laws.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal entertainment use only.8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the PipZeee Privacy Policy.9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnnieKen Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $10 or the amount paid (if any) for the App.11. Changes & Updates
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
If you disagree, discontinue using the App.12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the PipZeee app (“App”). By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined below.1. Summary (What’s New in 2.0)
- Online multiplayer uses Apple Game Center and Apple CloudKit to coordinate matches.
- Consent & privacy controls (ATT + Google UMP) now ask for and honor your ad/measurement choices.
- Ads (Google AdMob) and a Remove Ads purchase option.
- Analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics 4) to improve features and stability.
- Notifications for match status (optional, with user permission).
- Leaderboards & achievements via Game Center.2. Data We Collect & Process
A. Data You Provide
No PipZeee account is required. If you use Game Center, Apple provides us with your Game Center ID and alias for online play and leaderboards.B. Data Processed to Provide Features
- CloudKit match data: Temporary records (CloudMatchMaster / CloudMatchParticipant) with participant IDs, aliases, and connection states.
Removed after matches end or cleanup (generally within 30 days).
- Game telemetry: Non-sensitive data (device model, iOS version, settings, error logs).C. Analytics (Firebase / GA4)
Collects anonymized event data (e.g., games started, ads shown, tutorial steps) and device metadata (model, language, OS/app version, approximate region).
Retention ≤ 26 months.D. Ads (Google AdMob)
Processes ad identifiers (IDFA / IDFV), approximate location, and engagement metrics.
Consent requested where required (EEA/UK). Declining consent results in non-personalized ads.
Purchasing Remove Ads disables ad requests.E. Notifications
If enabled, we use your device token to send match-related notifications. You may disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings.F. Children’s Privacy
PipZeee is family-friendly and does not knowingly collect personal data from children < 13.
AdMob is configured for child-appropriate, non-personalized ads.
